4 Mouth Care Tips
- Brush carefully with a medium strength toothbrush. Brush all your teeth surfaces, brush your tongue, your upper palate, the gum line and as deep as you can without retching. Do not use water when brushing as it reduces the strength of the toothpaste. When you finish, use only a little bit of water, about a handful, to rinse your mouth. Leaving a little bit of toothpaste helps the constituents continue to work after you finish brushing.
- Shun traditional treatments and remedies for toothache. Once you notice any pain or difference in your mouth health, visit your dentist, they have the answers to your questions. Do not believe myths, they are almost always false.
- Limit sugary foods and drinks and eat more vegetables, meat and fruits.
- Visit your dentist regularly.
